Cancelled finds the subscriptions you are still paying for and helps you end the ones you do not want. This policy explains what is kept and what is not.
Your bank is not connected, and that is the design
Cancelled does not link to your bank and never asks for banking credentials. It reads a CSV statement that you download from your bank yourself and choose to open in the app, and that file is parsed on your device. The recurring charges it finds are found by that parsing, not typed in by you. Nothing from the file is uploaded. That makes it less automatic than the alternatives and it is the reason the app can promise what the rest of this page promises.
What is stored
- Your email address, and whether you have paid for the app.
- Each charge you track: what it is for, how much, how often it bills, when you next expect it, where you signed up, and whatever status you have given it.
What is not stored
No password, because there is not one. Signing in is by a code sent to your email address. No bank login, no account number, no card number and no statement data ever reaches us, because the app has nowhere to put them and never asks.
Who can see it
You, and nobody else using the app. Every table checks the signed in account against the owner of the row before returning anything. We do not sell any of it and we do not send it to advertisers. Cancelled is a one time purchase rather than a subscription, which is deliberate: an app about ending recurring charges should not add one.
Who else is involved
Supabase hosts the database and sends the sign in codes. This app has no in-app purchase in this version, so nothing about a payment or a subscription reaches Apple or anyone else. No part of your list is sent to a model or to any other company.
Deleting it
Deleting your account removes your profile and every charge you tracked, immediately and unrecoverably.
