Plan Finder
Plan Finder privacy policy
Last updated 30 August 2026.
Plan Finder is used by insurance agencies to compare Medicare Advantage plans with the people they advise. This policy covers both: the agents who sign in, and the beneficiaries whose details are entered.
If you are a beneficiary
Your agency holds your information, and we hold it for them. Your agent typed it in, and your agency decides how long it is kept and who at that agency can see it. If you want it removed or corrected, ask your agent first. If you cannot reach them, email support@carrierpress.com and we will help.
What is stored about you: your name, a county code, the medicines you listed, the doctors you named, and the answer to the one question about cost against coverage. Any comparison run for you is kept exactly as it was shown.
What is not: no Medicare number, no Social Security number, no date of birth, no address, no bank details. The app has nowhere to put them.
Nothing here enrols you in anything. Plan Finder is not connected to Medicare or to any government agency. It compares the plans your agency loaded, which may not be every plan available where you live. Medicare's own tool at medicare.gov/plan-compare lists all of them, and your state's SHIP office gives free independent counselling.
No insurer pays us anything. We are paid a flat licence fee by your agency for the software. We are not paid per enrolment, per lead, or as a share of anyone's commission, and no insurer can pay to appear higher in your results. Your agency cannot change the order either.
If you are an agent
We store your email address, your display name if you set one, your device's timezone, and which agency you belong to and in what role. Signing in is by a code emailed to you; we never see a password.
Who else sees anything
- Supabase hosts the database and sends the sign-in codes.
- Stripe processes your agency's subscription. Stripe never receives anything about beneficiaries.
That is the complete list. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind, we do not sell or share anything with anybody else, and we do not use any of it to train anything.
Deleting your account
From the Account tab. What happens depends on who you are, and it is worth knowing before you tap it:
- If colleagues remain at your agency, your sign-in is deleted and the agency keeps its client records. Your name comes off the comparisons you ran; the comparisons themselves stay, because they are the agency's record of advice it gave.
- If you are the last person at your agency, the agency is deleted with you and everything in it goes: clients, comparisons, the plan library. Any active subscription is cancelled first, and if it cannot be cancelled nothing is deleted at all and we will tell you why.
